Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your sign then unfortunately it is likely we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Customised neon signs (unless received in damaged state)
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (and proof of damage is customized neon sign, however, please note all products are inspected prior to dispatch).

Our products are handcrafted. Due to this, we cannot offer a full refund. We can only provide 50% store credit. The aim is not to profit but to give you security.

We strongly advise contacting us to make us aware that you are returning the item.
